我想到了一个一个成语(idiom) ：here be dragons常用于十八世纪，尤其在地图上。标在一些偏远的，被认为有怪物的地方，来警告人不要过去。大部分包含龙的谚语都来自中国，但我发现了一个有趣的来自意大利的谚语。Better be the head of a lizard than the tail of a dragon.直译是做蜥蜴的头比做龙的尾巴要好，与中国的“宁做鸡头，不做凤尾”有异曲同工之妙。
